Daugavpils Universitātes Zinātņu daļa ERAF projekta Nr.1.1.1.5/18/I/013 “Atbalsts Daugavpils Universitātes zinātnisko inovāciju ieviešanai un starptautiskās pētnieciskās kapacitātes veicināšanai” ietvaros organizē otro projekta starptautisko zinātnisko konferenci.
Konference “MENEDŽMENTS” vadības un sociālo zinātņu jomā, īstenota kā daļa no Daugavpils Universitātes 64. starptautiskās zinātniskās konferences. Konference tiek organizēta ar mērķi veicināt starptautisku sadarbību, viedokļu apmaiņu, aktuālo izaicinājumu, norišu un pētījumu prezentēšanu starptautiskā dalībnieku darba grupā (akadēmiskais personāls, pētnieki, nozaru pārstāvji un studenti). Konference ļaus attīstīt jaunu sadarbības platformu pārrobežu partnerībai un zināšanu pārnesei reģionā. Tiks uzlabotas atvērtās zinātnes attiecības starp universitātēm, tā pat būtiska ir sociālo zinātņu jomas nozīmes popularizēšana pētniecībā. Šī konference sniegs iespēju delegātiem aci pret aci apmainīties ar jaunām idejām, nodibināt biznesa vai pētniecības attiecības un atrast globālus partnerus turpmākai sadarbībai viņu karjeras izaugsmes ceļā. Dalībnieki tiek aicināti konferenci “Menedžments” apmeklēt klātienē, jo tādējādi ar pētnieku radīto piemēru, DU vēlas aicināt sabiedrību straujāk atgriezties klātienes formāta akadēmiskajā un zinātniski pētnieciskajā vidē.

Daugavpils University Science Department within the ERDF project No.1.1.1.5 / 18 / I / 013 “Support for the implementation of Daugavpils University scientific innovations and promotion of international research capacity” project is organizing the second international scientific conference.
The second international scientific conference “MANAGEMENT” organized within the framework of the ERDF project No.1.1.1.5/18/I/013 is dedicated to current events in the field of social and management sciences, thus improving open science relations between universities, as well as promoting the general role of social sciences in research. The conference is organized to promote international cooperation, exchange of views, current challenges, developments and presentations in a working group of international participants (academic staff, researchers, industry and students). The conference will be integrated as part of the 64th International Scientific Conference of Daugavpils University. The conference will allow the development of a new cooperation platform for cross-border partnerships and knowledge transfer in the region. This conference will provide an opportunity for delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, establish business or research relationships, and find global partners for further career advancement. The participants of the conference are invited to attend the conference “Management” in person, with the example given by the researchers, DU wants to invite and encourage the society to return the academic and research environment in face-to-face format.
