Cabinet Regulation No. of 9 June 2020 360 “Epidemiological safety measures to limit the spread of Covid-19 infection”
States that Only people with a vaccination or after illness certificate, may participate in the study process in person, therefore the accommodation and stay of students in dormitories only with a vaccination or after illness certificate.
Until the 10th of October 2021, it is possible to stay in the dormitories with a certificate of a negative covid 19 test, that’s been taken in the past 48hours according to an algorithm published on the website of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control.

VAT is applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
*Bed linen set is not included in the price.
A full-time student, starting the study year (from September 1) and concluding a rental agreement, must make the first rent payment in the amount of 2 months’ rent (the specified rent for the current month is a security deposit for 1 month). Payment for the following month must be made by the 26th of the month.
Internet is available in dormitories and dormitorie apartments. To access the Internet, you must register at the DU Information Technology Center (ITC).
Īrent and security deposit can be paid at the bank. In the payment order, indicating the dormitory address, the purpose of the payment and the revenue code 21382.

Conclusion of lease agreements for accommodation in service hotels from 27 August 2021 in service hotels at 11 Parādes Street and 8 Sporta Street with the manager of the service hotel.
