| The aim of the project is to strengthen the human capital capacity for research and development necessary for economic growth and transformation in areas of smart specialisation by providing support for doctoral research, increasing the number of PhD graduates and their employment in scientific filed, and promoting staff renewal at Daugavpils University. |
