Are you ready to turn your technical expertise into real-world innovation?

Join the TECHSIGHT International Professional Skills Academy for Deep Tech Stakeholders — an interactive online programme designed to help engineers, researchers, technical specialists and innovation professionals strengthen the skills needed to bring deep-tech solutions closer to the market.

Deep-tech innovation requires more than technical knowledge. It also demands the ability to communicate complex ideas, understand market needs, collaborate across disciplines, engage stakeholders and develop pathways towards technology transfer and commercialisation.

The Academy offers a practical learning environment where participants will explore real-world challenges, exchange ideas with international peers, apply practical tools and develop approaches they can use in their professional work.

What will you gain?

During four interactive online sessions, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify your professional development priorities and explore the skills needed in a changing deep-tech market.
  • Translate technical expertise into market value by developing a clear value proposition for your solution or area of expertise.
  • Strengthen collaboration and technology transfer skills by identifying relevant stakeholders, partnership opportunities and pathways for scaling innovation.
  • Learn to prioritise effectively using the MoSCoW model to distinguish essential requirements from desirable or future developments.
  • Communicate your ideas with confidence and prepare a professional pitch for potential partners and other stakeholders.

The programme combines focused expert input, practical workshops, peer exchange, group activities and feedback. Participants will work towards concrete outputs, including a professional skills gap map, a value proposition, a stakeholder and scaling roadmap, a professional pitch and an individual development action plan.

Who should participate?

The Academy is designed for:

  • Engineers and deep-tech professionals
  • Early-career researchers
  • Technical specialists
  • Innovation managers and startup team members
  • Technology transfer professionals
  • Mentors, higher education staff and innovation ecosystem stakeholders

Professionals working in AI, advanced digital technologies, prototyping, health technologies, sustainability, smart manufacturing, data-driven solutions and related fields are particularly encouraged to participate.
