As part of the TECHSIGHT project, the HEI Leadership Course has been developed—a multimedia course designed for leaders of higher education institutions, decision-makers, and other industry representatives who wish to strengthen their knowledge and competencies in digital transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The course focuses on strategic leadership, the transformation of higher education institutions, and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration in promoting deep tech innovation. Its content also relates to sustainable regional development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including quality education, gender equality, innovation, and climate action.
