The aim of the Mentorship Programme is to foster an inclusive academic environment by providing support to students from underrepresented groups. These groups include migrants and refugees, women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), students with disabilities, and students from rural areas.

As a mentor, you can share your experience, help new students successfully adapt to the academic environment, and provide practical and emotional support throughout their academic journey.

  • Availability to carry out the mentoring program for at least 6 sessions (throughout the academic year).

  • Fostering student autonomy, promoting their ability to make informed decisions and manage their own learning process.
  • Establishing and maintaining the regularity of mentoring sessions.
  • Completing the session follow-up form after each mentoring session.

What you will receive

By participating, you will receive:

  • An initial training of 25 hours
