
As part of a project funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility, Daugavpils University invites entrepreneurs to a practical conference titled “Smart Borders: Digital Innovation and Security,” dedicated to business development in the digital age. The conference will take place on May 20, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Augšdaugava Municipality Culture Centre “Vārpa”.
