The third workshop of the PULSE-ART project was held on April 9, 2026. Its aim was to introduce stakeholders to the case study methodology and co-creation approach developed within the project, as well as to generate ideas for youth co-creation activities in the case study “Dance”. The workshop brought together 14 stakeholders, including researchers, educators, choreographers, and public activists.

The workshop was opened by professor Anita Stašulāne, who introduced the PULSE-ART project and explained how the national MOSAIC HUBs operate across the six partner countries: Spain, Greece, France, Latvia, Malta, and the Netherlands, as well as in Morocco.

During the workshop, leading researcher Ilze Kačāne presented the methodology for the case study “Dance” planned for Latvia, developed within the PULSE-ART project. The participants, including experienced choreographers, acknowledged the researchers’ work and offered valuable suggestions for improving the methodology.

To develop ideas for youth co-creation activities within the case study “Dance”, group work sessions were organized, coordinated by leading researcher Mārīte Kravale-Pauliņa. The participants formed four working groups and actively explored ways to apply the developed methodology in their work with young people.

During the co-creation plenary session, led by leading researcher Oksana Kovzele, the working groups presented the results of their discussions, offering both creative ideas and practical recommendations. These discussions led to plans for four activities to be implemented during the case study in collaboration with young people in Daugavpils.

At the end of the event, workshop participants and PULSE-ART project researchers evaluated the outcomes of the third MOSAIC HUB meeting. Several participants expressed interest in following the project’s progress and becoming involved in implementing the case study “Dance”.
