Daugavpils University Doctoral School organizes a cycle of lectures intended for all students of doctoral programmes. The aim of the classes is to provide doctoral students with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills by promoting research excellence and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Lecture topics: applied communication and mutual communication in a team, scientific networking, academic honesty, plagiarism, development of innovation and management, intellectual property and open science, patents and copyrights in various fields of research.
Lectures will be conducted by experienced professors, researchers and industry experts from Latvia, foreign universities and institutions with which DU is cooperating.
To register for lectures, doctoral students must fill out an online application form, which will be available on the university’s homepage 2 weeks before the scheduled lecture.
Participation is free of charge and a certificate will be issued after successful participation.
Lectures are organized remotely using the ZOOM platform and in a hybrid format. A Zoom link is sent to those who register on the day of the lecture.
