The aim of the project: to encourage women aged 40+ from Latgale, Tartu County and South Estonia to use their knowledge, skills or hobbies to develop and offer their own digital learning products that develop their digital skills, entrepreneurial skills and economic independence, while promoting cross-border cooperation.
To achieve the set goal, the following activities are planned during the project:
Project results:
At least 64 of the 80 women enrolled in the programme will complete The Women’s Digital Course Creation Lab training, and at least 32 of them will create and start selling their online courses.
This will increase entrepreneurship among women in the Latgale, Tartu and South Estonia regions.
Expected additional results may include any or all of the following:
Target groups
Women aged 40 to retirement age living in the Latgale region (Latvia) and Tartu, South Estonia (Estonia).
