Nicole Fenton (professor at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue) will visit Daugavpils University from October 20^th till October 26^th, 2023. Professor is author and co-author of many scientific articles about bryophyte ecology and distribution in boreal forest ecosystems.

Nicole Fenton will present her scientific work in October 26^th at 14.00 (local Latvian time) during International seminar about bryophytes in Canadian forests and title of her presentation is: “How do landscape characteristics affect bryophyte diversity?”

The presentation will be in English in zoom. After the presentation will be time for questions and discussion.
