From 7 to 18 September 2025, the international Summer Seminar on Symmetry, Computer Algebra, Algebraic Graph Theory and beyond took place in Ben-Gurion University (BGU), bringing together researchers from various countries to explore the latest developments in symmetry, computer algebra and algebraic graph theory.

Dr. Pēteris Daugulis, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Life Sciences and Technologies, Daugavpils University, took part in the seminar and delivered three talks:

• “Graphs with the automorphism groups A₄ and A₅, coming from icosahedron”,
• “Optimization of administrative divisions as a graph theory problem”,
• “Proof as a Mathematical Object – Proposals for a Research Program”.
