Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies Malnava College will host the international conference “Education, Innovation and Cooperation for the Future of Regions” on 13–15 May 2026 in Malnava (4 Muižas Street). The event will bring together representatives of academia, policymakers, entrepreneurs and cooperation partners to discuss the role of education and innovation in the sustainable development of regions.

The conference is organised within the framework of a European Union Recovery Fund project. It will serve as a platform for the international validation of new study programmes, exchange of experience between Latvian and foreign experts, and the strengthening of international cooperation.

Lecturers and researchers, policymakers, institutional and international cooperation partners, entrepreneurs and industry professionals, as well as students, are invited to participate.

The conference programme includes expert presentations, panel discussions and parallel sessions, as well as visits to companies in the Latgale region.

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Registration is open until 1 March 2026 by completing the online registration form.
