DAU lichen collection was started to arrange in 2018. Lichen collection are digitized since 2022 in the PlutoF database. Recently (21.12.2022) around 2000 lichen specimens were digitized in PlutoF. Lichen collection consists of more than 4000 lichen specimens. Most of these specimens are collected in Latvia, but some collections are also from Estonia, Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Greece, Spain, Philippines, Cyprus, Lesotho.
