Daugavpils University (Latvia), in cooperation with Tartu Business Advisory Services (Estonia), is making the learning resources developed through The Women’s Digital Course Creation Lab (WoDiLab) project publicly available. The English-language video lessons and accompanying worksheets provide an opportunity to develop practical skills in online course creation, digital entrepreneurship, and transforming personal knowledge and professional expertise into digital learning products.
WoDiLab is co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg Central Baltic Programme 2021–2027, contributing to the programme objective of improving employment opportunities in the labour market.
Originally designed for women aged 40 and over, up to retirement age, in Latgale (Latvia) and Tartu and South Estonia, the project aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills, support economic independence, and create new opportunities for self-employment. Its 16-week training programme guided participants through the process of developing an online course, from identifying a viable idea to creating, marketing, and selling their digital learning products.
By making the training resources publicly accessible, the project partners aim to extend their benefits beyond the original participants and support the long-term use of the knowledge and methods developed through WoDiLab.
The WoDiLab training programme consists of six modules:

The published resources are available free of charge for independent, self-paced learning.
Please note that the public version includes recorded lessons and worksheets only. Mentoring, personalised feedback, and other interactive activities provided during the original 16-week programme are not included. References to these activities in the recordings relate to the original training programme.
The WoDiLab resources can support individuals interested in developing online courses, exploring self-employment opportunities, or strengthening their digital entrepreneurship skills.
They may also serve as educational resources for higher education and research institutions, adult education providers, business support organisations, employment services, and non-governmental organisations, including organisations supporting women’s economic empowerment.
These resources can complement non-commercial education and support activities, subject to applicable copyright and terms of use. They can contribute to skills development, entrepreneurship support, employment initiatives, and the exchange of effective training approaches across regions.
Public access to the materials also supports the sustainability and transferability of WoDiLab project results, enabling other organisations and communities to benefit from the project’s educational resources and experience.
WoDiLab materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They may be accessed free of charge, but the original videos and learning materials may not be resold, commercially redistributed, republished, or incorporated into paid training products without permission from the relevant rights holders. Learners may apply the knowledge gained to develop their own original courses, products, and businesses.
