Today, H.E. Dauren Karipov, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia, paid an official visit to Daugavpils University to discuss future cooperation opportunities in the fields of higher education and research with the university’s management. During the meeting, both parties emphasized their shared interest in student and faculty exchanges, as well as collaboration in specific academic and research areas. Special attention was given to cooperation opportunities in the field of healthcare, which would foster the exchange of new knowledge and practical experience between educational institutions and medical professionals in both countries.
