The center was established by integration of the ideas of Daugavpils entrepreneurs, Daugavpils University and scientists of the National Technical University of Belarus on the development of industrial technologies in the region. The center has implemented several projects both in cooperation with Belarusian and Lithuanian colleagues, the material base and staff are gradually being improved.
